Thanks you to Albany High School and especially teacher, Tom Vacanti, for inviting us to present at their 2nd Sustainable Agriculture Fair. We spent a whole day at the school last week and shared our vision and story with 6 periods of youth, mostly in crowds of 60+ at a time. At our table students voted for their favorite vegetable and element in nature – corn and sunshine won out, respectively. Leah had a great time talking with the Ghanaian students in her very limited and rusty Fante Twi. We hope to be welcomed back next year.
